At Made By Mitchell, we want you to be obsessed with your haul, but if something isn't right, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Due to hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on cosmetic products that are unopened and still have their security seals intact.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund under our hygiene policy.

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and receive your unique return authorization.

  Pack and Post

  Securely package your items to prevent damage during transit and use a tracked shipping service to send the parcel to our returns center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
